Analysis of visits

This website uses statistical tools from etracker GmbH (www.etracker.com) in Hamburg, Germany. Each time a user accesses the MinSus website and each time a file is retrieved, the data relating to this process is temporarily stored and processed in a log file. Prior to storage, each data will be anonymized by changing the IP address.

In detail, the following data is stored for each access:

  • anonymous IP address,

When accessing individual pages, so-called temporary cookies are used to facilitate navigation. Cookies are small text files that are stored locally in the cache of the visitor’s Internet browser. These session cookies do not contain any personal data and expire at the end of the session or at the end of a user survey, which is normally conducted every two years.

Techniques such as Java applets or Active-X controls, which allow you to track user access behavior, are not used.

The data is processed on the basis of Article 6, section 1 letter f) EU-RPGD with the legitimate interest of usage analysis to improve the website.

It is possible to object to the processing of user data for the purpose of analysing their behaviour.

By disabling data logging, a cookie is installed on the browser of the user’s device which blocks the storage of data about the site visit. In order for it to work constantly, the cookie must be installed on all browsers (e.g. Internet-Explorer, Chrome, Mozilla Firefox) and on all devices used. Please note that by deleting the cookies from your browsers the cookie is also deleted for the deactivation of data recording. In this case, the cookie must be installed again.
